April Theme Contest!!!

Last month the super cute Cherrie gave us the genius idea of using "bloom" for our Design Team theme for March. You can see our monthly themes in the Design Team Gallery.

We had so much fun with all of the ideas that we knew that we needed to have another contest!! Do you have an idea for our April theme? Would you like to win this prize pack? You know that you want to!!! :)

You have until Wednesday, March 25th at midnight to enter your one idea for our theme. The design team will decide who the winner is and will post the winner on Thursday, March 26th. It really can't get any easier than that!

Brook March 22, 2009 at 3:01 PM

First of all, Estee, your RAK's rock. I'm bummed I'm not eligible to win. I might have to quite the DT so I can enter these contests!!! LOL!

awesome rak.......April theme could be something about Easter like "Egg hunt" or "Easter traditons" because I think many families have theire very own easter traditons no matter where in the world you live

April is the fourth month so how about a FOUR theme.
- four photos
- four lines of journaling
- a four letter word title
- four different patterned papers

Awesome RAK! I just have to have this! The April theme should be "Time for Spring" there are great flowers and birds popping up everywhere! And the new Tim Holtz time pieces are just "timeless" as well as a few others on the market. What a great combo :)

I'm crossing my fingers now!!!!

ooohhh....I thought of another...April showers bring May how about a layout involving water (rain, beach, pool, etc).

How about Celebrating Earth Day?

java diva March 23, 2009 at 7:27 PM

I'm going to suggest "life" as in new life~spring.

abbie March 23, 2009 at 7:37 PM asked for thinking out of the box.... how about a play on the word April and the theme of "Going "Ape" for..." (Get it..."Ape-ril"?) Personally, I go ape for Easter-colored peanut butter M&M's, which I am eating right now :) And I'm thinking that even if this isn't chosen, it'll become a layout anyway :)

And it just occured to me that some may not know the expression of "going ape" for means going crazy for something, like you really like it. I just discussed it with my husband, and he had no idea what it meant. So, either he's crazy, or I'm crazy. And this is turning into one long post just to answer a simple question. I'll stop now :)

I think you should do something around 'April Fools' as it only comes once a year. SO you could use some totally random supplies to be like gag gifts.

How about New Beginnings?

sarah_n March 24, 2009 at 4:29 PM

Thanks Elisha, that was my suggestion for last month and I still really like it!! I wanted to suggest it again, but didn't think they wanted me to repeat my same answer LOL ;) So, I guess if I have to pick a new one, how about "You Color My World" ...

Shana March 24, 2009 at 8:22 PM

Ok heres my idea....Lets "Hop into Spring!"

Yaritza March 24, 2009 at 10:56 PM

What about "bloom into spring" There are so many fabulous lines out there with flowers, bees, birds. Thanks for the chance to win.

Nicole March 24, 2009 at 11:46 PM

I'm going to go against the norm and say something not related to spring... how about "Uniquely You". We all love to showcase those little unique traits so I think this would be the prefect theme.

Hello !
Why not doing a mini album about "egg hunt" or "nature in Spring" (flower, wood ect..)
Nature become more and more marvellous at this season ! Enjoy using colours and stop Winter!
